Wilbur talks to clocks. Why not? They talk to him.
Wilbur takes lots of breaks from work for a cheese snack. He likes to have a little chat with his clocks then too.
When he isn't working, he often is finding better places to hide his cheese. Once he has hidden his cheese, he has nightmares about other creatures trying to steal his cheese. So, he dreams up better places to hide his treasured cheese.
He even hides cheese inside of clocks. However, only a professional should ever put anything inside of a clock. We don't want a clock to get moldy on the inside. Clocks need proper care and feeding. However, this doesn't mean anyone should try to feed cheese to a clock.
