Wilbur doesn't like bullies — but then who does?

Sometimes when Wilbur is transporting cheese to a new hiding place, or looking for his sweetheart, he encounters people with unpleasant dispositions.

There is a bully in the neighborhood which always wears a sleeveless t-shirt. People don't know his name. The only thing he gives up — in the way of information about himself — is from reading the perpetual scowl on his face.

This guy stole Wilbur's cheese once. The creep put it in his pants. Wilbur decided he didn't need this cheese anymore, because he isn't interested in "pants cheese."
